Mini Baked Grilled Pepperoni Sandwiches turn soft Hawaiian rolls into buttery little pizza-inspired sandwiches filled with pepperoni and sliced mozzarella. They're brushed with homemade garlic herb butter, baked until warm and golden, and served with marinara for dipping. Easy, cheesy, and made for sharing.

INSTRUCTIONS

MAKE THE GARLIC HERB BUTTER

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until evenly combined.

ASSEMBLE THE SANDWICHES

Slice each Hawaiian roll into thirds. Spread garlic herb butter on one side of each piece.

Add sliced mozzarella and pepperoni between the pieces to build the mini sandwiches.

BUTTER & BAKE

Arrange the sandwiches in a baking dish and brush or spread the tops with more garlic herb butter.

Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes, flipping the sandwiches halfway through, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warm and golden.

SERVE

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

MINI PEPPERONI SANDWICH TIPS

Use Softened Butter

Softened butter is much easier to mix with the seasonings and spread over the rolls without tearing them.

Keep an Eye on the Rolls

Hawaiian rolls brown quickly, so start checking the sandwiches toward the lower end of the baking time.

Serve Them Warm

These are best right out of the oven while the mozzarella is melted and the garlic herb butter is still warm.
